1-Hour Home Consultation

Before staging, we’ll conduct a walk through to discuss the best strategy to turn your listing into a beautifully staged setting any buyer would fall in love with. We know you’re looking to sell quickly at a great price, so we bring a keen marketing eye and a fresh perspective to each home sale. Together, we’ll tailor a home staging plan that works for your market and budget.get. 


The Little Details Menu


Sometimes home staging for a sale requires something unexpected – a small (or big) add-on service that really improves the curb appeal of a home.  


Add on any of the following home staging “Little Details” as needed: 


  • Quick Clean + Declutter (1 hour) – bathroom tidying, small object arranging, traffic flow 

  • Shine + Show (3 hours) – space decluttering, floor scrubbing, surface cleaning, window washing 

  • Deep Clean (5 hours) – top-to-bottom cleaning, scrubbing and decluttering 

  • Flower Delivery – fresh blooms to brighten up the space (starting at $30)

  • Driveway Sealing – to make a positive first impression

  • Window Cleaning – to make a house more inviting at first glance 

  • Landscaping – creating a beautiful, outdoor oasis where anyone would love to spend time

  • Pressure Washing – deep-cleaning for decks and outdoor living spaces

  • Deck Staining – makes patios look like new for that “new home” feeling

  • Painting – a fresh coat of paint can make all the difference

  • Waste Bin Rental – helps make decluttering a breeze

  • Trailor Storage – perfect for storing kick-knacks and furniture during de-personalization

*HST, delivery and furniture rental is extra where applicable
